Hello,
Can I use Istanbulkart to pay for the Havaist airport shuttle bus? Can I carry my cabin bag onto the shuttle bus (I travel with only cabin bag) OR all bags will be store underneath the shuttle bus?
Many thanks for your help.
Siam
Hello! As I know, you can’t pay with Istanbulkart, but you can download the Havaist app and pay with QR-code they would give you (you need to buy the ticket) or with a bank card. You can also pay cash at cash payment points when you land at the airport.
I’m not sure about a cabin bag, but I think it should be allowed since it is not a full luggage. If it’s a question of the matter for you, try to contact them through their website or email (info@hava.ist).
Sorry that I don’t have the direct answer! I hope this will help.
